I’m Nick, a Senior Creative Producer based in London, and I head up the Creative Studio over at BBC Maestro.
I’ve over 11 years experience, both agency and brand side, delivering exceptional campaigns and content for brands such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Electronic Arts (EA), King, Candy Crush, Starling Bank, Thomas Cook, Virgin Atlantic, Cineworld and Rimmel London.
Having honed my skills in digital creative agencies, I’m adept at producing content in fast paced environments whilst maintaining quality, timings, performance and team morale.
I specialise in leading and building internal creative studios, owning the creative direction and end-to-end production process of high-performing creative content. Managing dynamic teams of designers, copywriters, editors, animators, producers and external partners, I foster a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional campaigns and content across a variety of channels, including email, social, and web, alongside a specific focus on creating engaging, insight driven paid media content against set KPIs - often in large quantities to strict timings.
I believe collaboration is key, and building strong relationships with Founders, CMOs, CPOs and leadership teams is crucial to keeping creative studios aligned with current business priorities and objectives, ensuring our efforts consistently contribute to the overarching business goals.
My skillset is a precise blend of creative and operations. Just as comfortable directing creative and leading ad conception workshops as I am digging into project management workflows and stakeholder management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout.
Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, I pride myself in my ability to keep a team happy, inspired and motivated. Giving a creative team room to breathe and flex their skills is the best way to develop engaging and performing creative, yet balancing this with maintaining scope, budget and timings can be a delicate process, but one that is always at the top of my priorities.
