Studio leadership and creative direction of all marketing content to promote BBC Maestro's latest courses; including Acting with Brian Cox, Business with Steven Bartlett, Music Production with Mark Ronson, Graphic Design with Paula Scher and Writing Thrillers with Harlan Coben.
As Head of Creative Studio, I've developed the creative team from the ground up, and am now responsible for the end-to-end production of high-performing creative content and brand guardianship.
Managing a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, editors, and producers, I've fostered a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional campaigns and content across a variety of channels, including email, social, and web, alongside a specific focus on creating engaging, insight driven paid media content with low CPAs.
With continuous collaboration with the Founder, Head of Marketing and leadership team, I keep the Creative Studio aligned with current business priorities and objectives, ensuring our efforts consistently contribute to BBC Maestro's overarching goals.
I also continuously evaluate and evolve the tools and processes within the Creative Studio, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout, whilst continuing to deliver inspiring, beautifully crafted and successful creative.
At BBC Maestro my responsibilities are a precise blend of creative and operations. You’ll often find me directing campaign creative, leading ad conception workshops, researching industry insights or collaborating with marketing teams on CRM strategy. Alternatively, I’m just as comfortable digging into project management workflows & tools, and managing stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective production.
